கடலைப் புரட்டிடும் டி.சுனாமியே-என்
உடலை நீந்தவிடு காதல் பினாமியே! - இது
விடலை விளையாட்டில்லை வினாஆழியே! - மணல்
திடலை திருப்பிக் கொடு என் கனாபூமியே!
 

 

அழகு என்பது நிலவு விலகாதது!
நிலவு என்பது பூமியை சுழல்வது!
அன்பு என்பது சூது இல்லாதது!
பண்பு என்பது அன்பைச் சுழல்வது!

 

 

ஊற்று என்பது ஆற்றுள் நீந்துவது!
ஆற்று மீனுக்கு ஆனந்தம் ஆவது!
நேற்று என்பது இன்று ஆனது!
இன்று என்பது நாளை ஆகுமோ?
 

 

இன்று என்பது நனவு ஆனது!
நாளை என்பது கனவு ஆயிற்று!
நனவு என்பது வேற்றுமையில் ஆடுது!
கனவு என்பது நாடு ஒற்றுமையில் நிமிர்வது!

சற்று முன்பு இந்தப் பூவுக்குள், ஒரு வண்டு போயிற்று!

ஒரு பூவுள் சிறைப்பட்ட வண்டின் கதை!
                                     

சிறிது முன்பு அந்தி நேரம் இந்தப் பூவுக்குள்,
ஒரு வண்டு போயிற்று!
வண்டு சென்று வெகு நேரமாயிற்று;
ஆனால் திரும்பவே இல்லை!

முயங்கிய வண்டின் இசை ஓசை கேட்டு - பூ
மயக்கம் கண்டது! அதுதந்த மயக்கத்தில்
தன்னை மறந்துமது இதழ்களால் - வெளியே
வண்டை வரவிடாமல் மூடிக்கொண்டது!

மலரை விலகி வெளியில்வர வழிஅறியாமல் - ஆசை
சுழலுக்குள் மூழ்கியஓர் அடிமையாகி - வண்டு
சேற்றுக்குள் தத்தளிக்கும் குரங்கே போன்று - சுதந்திர
காற்றைச் சுவாசிக்க (இப்போது) ஏங்குகின்றது!

வெளியேவர முயன்று மலர்இதழ் சுவர்களில்
தலையால் வண்டு முட்டுகின்றது! தான் பிறந்தநாளில்
எழுதிய ஆண்டவன்(தலை) எழுத்துஇது என்று
முழுகித் தேனுள்ளே...வண்டு சோர்ந்து துவளுகின்றது!

விடியலைத் தரவே வந்த ஆதவன் கண்டு - குளிர்ந்த
பனித்துளி இறங்க மலருக்குள் மயக்கம் தெளிந்தது! - உடன்
மதுவுள் கிறங்கிட்ட வண்டு வெளிவர உதவ - பூ தன்
இதழ்களை மெல்ல விரிய சிரித்திட்டது! - வண்டு                      மகிழ்ந்து கொடிமலரை மீண்டும்  சுற்றுகின்றது!

தமிழா? தமிழ்தெளிக்கும் சுவையா?

செந்தமிழ் சொற்களைத் தேனென வேதினம்,
சொந்தம் கொண்டேபடித்(து) உண்டாயோ? - தந்தமே!
தந்ததும் முத்தங்கள் சந்தங்கள் சிந்திட...
வந்ததே வாய்வழி தேன்!

தமிழா? தமிழ்தெளிக்கும் சுவையா? சுவைகொடுக்கும்
அமுதா? அமிழ்தளிக்கும் மணமா? மணம்ததும்பும்
இதழா? இதழவிழ்க்கும் மலரா? மலர்சிதறும்
மதுவா? மயக்கம்தர... எதுவோ? உன் புன்முறுவலே!
 

சந்திரனின் றுருளும் தரணிமகிழ் ஒளியா?
சிந்தனையுள் நிலைத்த தேர்ந்தகவிச் சுனையா?
அந்திநிற மும்மயங்கி அதரங்க ளிடையேமுயங்கும்
தண்தமிழின் இனிப்பா?நின் தளிர்நகையின் சுரப்பே!
 

அலைகடல் அழைப்பா? அசைநுரைத் தெரிப்பா?
இளமைவன சொலிப்பா? இலைகொடி யிடைகாணும்,
நிலவுஒளி களிப்பா? நீந்தும்நதி நினைப்பா?
அழகுமுல்லைச் சிறப்பா? உன் அதரம்அவிழ் சிரிப்பே!

While you appear before me...

How can I be, with happiness?

Without seeing you!

Your where about is

Still not known to me!

I’m dreaming you!

 

You kiss me as my child!

Daily, on bed at dreams;

You love and kiss me as…

What by relation? I don’t know!

 

But even at my dreams,

While you appear before me,

I view my life passed daughter!

What kinship base? I don’t know!

 

Though while I see your face,

Daily, by your web site space!

I recover from dreams’ madness!

But at once laugh again as mad!

 

            Thus I’m happy in such madness!
